Refund & Exchange Policy

Every drop is limited, made with intention, and designed to represent something real. Because of that, we keep our refund policy tight — clear, fair, and built to protect both our brand and our customers.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on ClothingAffair.com are final sale.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.
Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before confirming your order.

2. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only offer exchanges if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item, or
  • You received the wrong item.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we’ll replace your item with the same design in the correct size (if available) or issue a store credit.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, hit us up within 48 hours of delivery.

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A quick description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our error.

5. No Exceptions

Because each piece is part of an exclusive drop:

  • No refunds for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
  • Sale items, collaborations, and limited releases are final sale.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

6. Store Credit

Approved store credits are issued as digital gift cards valid for 12 months.
Credits can be used toward any future drop.
